Floral Creative Director
Violeta Gladstone is a creative director specialized in floral styling. Applying her graphic design and art direction background, she directs flowers and plants as a medium to support stories, moving easily amongst seasonal shifts and styles while creating arrangements, installations, and artistic projects for brands, events, advertising and editorials.
With a long trajectory as an educator, in the past, as a Graphic Design teacher and currently as a consultant for brands, helping them to understand and apply methods to make the best use of florals and plants in their working spaces, campaigns or events.
With a clear belief in creating floral culture, she has conducted several workshops and masterclasses about Sustainable Floristry, Floral Installations and Floral Styling for professionals. She also motivates individuals to learn floristry techniques and mentor them on their floral business path in one to one sessions.
Half Spanish, half American. Born in Formentera, a Mediterranean island, raised in the Basque Country and later in California, she is now based in Barcelona.
She believes that flowers and plants have the power to create emotions and connect with humans. They are an effective tool to transmit a brand’s message, to support a company's values and enhance the benefits and characteristics of their product or service.
